In this duplex, the cast-in-place concrete slabs remain exposed, serving as architecturally finished surfaces. Visually, these slabs continue into the design of the exterior façades, where prefabricated concrete elements with thermal breaks were integrated and cast together with the slabs. One side of the house, featuring large terraces, has been opened up through the use of load-bearing steel columns, further enhancing the spatial quality of the living areas.
