The various pavilions of this retirement and care home were built with silicate brick for the walls and precast floor slabs for the horizontal planes. In the patios and for the roof, a suitable timber structure was designed.Two adjacent pavilions are connected above ground by a steel bridge, and all pavilions are connected underground by a service basement.
