For this new construction, the placement of the foundation piles took into account the presence of centuries-old trees. The lower floor slabs were cast in situ and shuttered at the underside with a studded formwork panel. The upper portion of the structure consists, on one hand, of a combination of continuous glulam beams and steel for the living areas.
