The existing warehouse foundation was reinforced using micropiles. The existing timber floors were replaced with concrete slabs cast in situ between the existing steel profiles. The existing cast-iron columns were inspected and retained. For the new roof level, new steel trusses were provided, transferring loads to a steel front façade that was integrated into the carpentry architecture.
