The structure is constructed using calcium silicate masonry and prestressed hollow-core slabs, while the basement is built with double precast wall panels. The external gallery consists of hot-dip galvanised steel columns and beams supporting precast slab floors with a polished concrete topping. The steel columns also serve as rainwater downpipes.
