This detached house is organized around an internal courtyard. The structure predominantly consists of masonry walls, combined with concrete load-bearing floors and a timber framework for the roof slab. Where it was necessary to keep the vertical load-bearing elements as slender as possible, full steel fins were used, as seen in the garden-facing façade that opens toward the surrounding landscape. The entire house is clad in timber.
